What to Expect at Marbles
The Marbles Fitness Model is more than just a cutting-edge ‘brain gym’… it is a complete brain health ecosystem.

Brain Body Assessment
You will complete standardized assessments to help us determine your current level of fitness for your brain and body and to assess your risk of cognitive decline and dementia. The process is easy and will only take about 30 minutes to complete. Based on this information we will create an exercise program for you and provide guidance on how to address any areas of concern.
Brain Fitness Coaching
A certified Brain Fitness Coach will train you how to use the equipment and teach you how to perform your tailored program. We want you to feel confident and comfortable and will work with you to make sure you fully understand what to do and how to do it. Then, a coach will always be available to provide assistance, answer questions and change up your program as needed. The small group sizes ensure that you can get help whenever you might need it.
Customized Workouts
Our unique, evidence-based Brain Body workouts are designed for all ability levels and can quickly lead to significant improvements in only 2-3 sessions a week. Sessions are only 30 minutes long leaving you feeling energized and exhilarated rather than exhausted and sore. Improve your strength, endurance, balance and mobility while boosting your brain’s performance at the same time. A limited number of members at each session ensures that you get the guidance and supervision you need.
As your brain and body fitness improve so will your program. Our Brain Fitness Coaches will regularly update your program based on your progress and provide meaningful variations so that you never get bored or lose interest.
Our Technology
We incorporate the latest and greatest brain-boosting technology into our workouts based on a strategy known as dual-task exercise. Simply put that means that you are performing an exercise movement while simultaneously challenging your brain with a “task” or “game”. No more mindlessly walking on a treadmill (boring!). At Marbles the time will fly by because each activity requires both your physical and cognitive attention providing an almost endless variety of games and in-game options. But don’t let the technology scare you. It is easy to use and we will guide you every step of the way.
